The day before an event  -   Email to exhibitors to warn of unsuitable weather condition forecast.

The day of the event  -   Gazebos will be set-up by the council staff as arranged.

In the event of a Salisbury City Council decision to close the event due to hazardous weather conditions the pre-paid hire fee will be refunded.

The refunded hire fee will be divided between the number of gazebos booked for the event and returned to exhibitors.

Exhibitors who share a pitch will each receive half the divided amount.
