Artists, artisans and art groups are invited to take part in the our outdoor events, which are scheduled to take place from March to December.
BOOKINGS - Maximum of two artists or artisans sharing
ART GROUPS & CLUBS - Maximum of 5 members sharing

BOOKING & PITCH FEES
SINGLE PITCH - £60 SHARING PITCH - £80 (max 2 sharing - £40 each) CLUB PITCH - £60 (max 5 sharing)

3 x 3 metre gazebo
6’ fitted table cloths
Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tables and display stands.
Fitted black tablecloth are provided to create a smart, uniform base for all displays.
NB: Salisbury Arts Scene reserves the right to edit or make any changes to promotional information provided if considered necessary for clarity, brevity or to correct errors.
Sharing pitches are available to allow new artists an opportunity to trial exhibiting before committing to a single pitch.
Would prefer to share a pitch? Many of our artists are happy to share and we will discuss this with you before confirming your booking.
Artists, artisans and art groups are invited to have an individual Artist Page on the website. To view the pages click on ARTISTS in the main menu.
Artist pages provide an opportunity to further promote yourself and your art. A small selection of your current work is included and your page can be updated as and when required.
Artist pages are free for all registered artists, artisans and art groups who regularly take part in events.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
If for any reason an event is cancelled by Salisbury Arts Scene, apart from the one listed below, a full refund will be offered. Reasons include high winds, heavy snow. If preferred, payments can be transferred to a future event.
Events cancelled by Salisbury Arts Scene at late notice due to unsuitable wet weather conditions will incur the following fee being withheld:
Cancellation Fee - £20 per exhibitor
This fee is to cover the costs incurred by Salisbury Arts Scene in organising the event that are not refundable, including:
100% hire cost of the Market Square
The remaining pitch fee will be refunded or, if preferred, transferred to a future event.
A selected panel of exhibitors will make a joint decision with regards unsuitable wet weather cancellations. The panel will represent the various arts and crafts being displayed at the forthcoming event.
Exhibitor cancellations made after the commencement of the events marketing and one week before the event date will receive a 75% refund.
Exhibitor cancellations made within one week prior to the event date, and up to two days before, will not be entitled to a refund, unless another suitable exhibitor can be found to replace them. A 50% refund will then be given.
Exhibitor cancellations made within the two days before and on the day of the event, will not be entitled to a refund.
To take part in our event you must be an independent professional or amateur artist or artisan working full-time or part-time.
Artists and artisans of all ages are welcome to join us and we provide helpful guidelines for those new to exhibiting outside and selling their products.

PREPARING FOR THE EVENTS
As we know one set of guidelines is hard to 'fit all' and therefore we will be on hand to help in the lead up and throughout each event.
Ideas for props that can be used to display your arts and crafts can be seen via the GALLERIES on the PAST EVENTS page.
We hope you will come up with a few of your own ingenious display ideas and look forward to seeing your creations.
